倚天屠龙记中胡青牛为何会医治张无忌

　　在《倚天屠龙记》中，玄冥二老鹤笔翁和鹿杖客他们俩身怀这种绝世武功，是当时数一数二的武林高手，但是他们一心为了功名利禄。投靠了赵敏郡主，效忠于蒙古人，听候蒙古人的差遣。
　　玄冥神掌在攻击人的时候，会让人感到全身的寒冷，同时身中玄冥神掌最明显的标志是身上有一个墨绿色的五指掌印，感觉全身冰冷，心如掉入冰窖一般，但是受击打的地方却非常的热，如同火炭烧烤了一般，非常的痛苦，让人感觉生不如死，求生不得，求死不能。
　　张无忌当时年龄那么小，为什么身中玄冥神掌寒毒，还能活下来呢？重点是他的师傅张三丰拥有百年纯阳功力以及当时有很多少林神僧在场，有张三丰和少林神僧一起为张无忌运功疗伤，护住了张无忌的生命，保住张无忌一时的生命。
　　最后张三丰没有办法治好张无忌，只有拜托朋友带张无忌去找明教的医仙胡青牛来医治，胡青牛是一位非常有名的神医，在他手里医治过的人，都能起死回生，但是胡青牛有一个有名的外号叫见死不救，只要不是明教的教众他就不给医治。
　　当时他没有给紫衫龙王的丈夫千叶先生医治，导致千叶先生病故，只因紫衫龙王已经脱离了明教，胡青牛就说千叶先生不是明教中人，没有给他医治，千叶先生死后，紫衫龙王非常伤心，就发誓如果胡青牛给明教以外的人看病就屠杀胡青牛一家。但是当他看到张无忌身中传说的寒冥神掌剧毒的时候，以他医仙的个性，对于未知的
　　张三丰也对张无忌的伤束手无策，但是机缘巧合下，他们救助了明教中人常遇春，因此张无忌也被带到明教神医胡青牛的蝴蝶谷，在此张无忌也是得到胡青牛的救治，所以性命不再需要张三丰耗费真气也得以延续。可是我们知道胡青牛原本是不愿意就明教外人的，再加上张无忌的出言顶撞，所以胡青牛不愿意救治张无忌。
　　不过后来的胡青牛却出手医治张无忌了，这是为何呢？其实在原著中，有一个原因被阐明，那就是胡青牛为病发的张无忌把脉，发现其伤势奇特，所以手痒想治，但是又不想破坏自己的规则，于是想要将张无忌治好，之后再把他杀了。而事实上，胡青牛会救张无忌除了张无忌伤势奇特这个原因之外，还因为三个人。
　　第一个人是殷天正，当常遇春把张无忌带到胡青牛面前时，告诉他张无忌是张翠山的儿子，胡青牛很明显就立马不救了，因为违反他的规则。后来常遇春赶紧说他是殷素素的儿子，殷天正的外孙，胡青牛便有了救他的想法，其实胡青牛并不是喜欢袖手旁观，只是这是自己的规则，只要有个台阶下就可以，况且殷天正在明教中的地位极高，而且忠心耿耿是人尽皆知。既然张无忌是白眉鹰王的亲外孙，胡青牛也没理由不救，虽然后来又翻来覆去，其实从那一刻他已经有要医张无忌的打算了。
　　第二个人是常遇春，张无忌是由常遇春带到蝴蝶谷的，虽然胡青牛百般拒绝，但是常遇春依旧坚持，并且愿意自己一命抵一命救张无忌。所以就算胡青牛明面上不救张无忌，可是常遇春的这个做法已经给了他一个台阶下，一命换一命，这样就不破坏自己的规则了。因此从他对常遇春袖手旁观的时候，表示认同这个交换。
　　第三个人是张无忌，一开始胡青牛对张无忌的不听话非常生气，但是也不免看到同样倔的人，这和自己很相似，加上张无忌的天赋还不错，竟然可以自学医术就好常遇春，所以这也让胡青牛对他有了几分喜欢。所以，胡青牛后来出手救张无忌也因为张无忌的表现得到他的认同。毒素感到非常的兴奋，他找到了作为职业医生的激情，医仙表示这个患者我喜欢。
