　　这个王太太，她也想做诰命夫人，不过她可没那耐心慢慢地等母凭子贵，她一心只想快速地妻凭夫贵，可却在三嫁时被媒人所骗，丈夫非但无一官半职，且终身不得入仕途。她因美梦化为泡影而失心疯，好在经过长时间的治疗后她痊愈了，这还真是天意弄人。
　　王太太本姓胡，父亲是布政使司衙门的一个小吏，人称胡偏头，因此王太太出身虽不如贵族和官宦，但强于平民和贱民，按理说，论拼爹，她头婚怎么着也该嫁为人妻，可她倒霉就倒霉在她爹死得早，她落在了以赌钱吃酒为事业的哥哥手里，她哥哥一穷就把她卖于有钱人家为妾。
　　她哪甘心当妾啊，所以当下人们称她为新娘时，她就骂人，要他们称她为太太。这不，世上没有不透风的墙，大老婆很快就知道了这事，于是命人打了她一顿嘴巴子后再以迅雷不及掩耳之势将她扫地出门。我怀疑她极有可能被她哥给骗了，所以根本不知道自己嫁过来是做小的，否则不至于这样闹。这段婚姻维持了不到一个月就结束了。
　　她被赶走后铁定是要回娘家去居住的，她哥养活自己都费劲，自然不想多一张嘴吃饭，于是很快又将她嫁给了候补州同王三胖，她被人称为王太太，不仅是因为她这第二个丈夫姓王，还因为她在王三胖死后跟继子争财产时的壮举。她居然把一匣子金珠首饰都倒在了马桶里，继子带家人搜的时候啥也没搜到，能搜到才怪呢，一般人谁能有她这脑回路啊！最后她成功分得部分家财，并和继子分开另过。这段婚姻维持了不到一年也结束了。
　　她因屎尿一战成名，从此名声大燥，人送外号胡七喇子，无人敢惹她。她每日睡到日中才起来，横草不拿，竖草不拈，每日要吃八分银子药。又不吃大荤，头一日要鸭子，第二日要鱼，第三日要茭儿菜鲜笋做汤，闲着没事，还要橘饼、圆眼、莲米搭嘴；酒量又大，每晚要炸麻雀、盐水虾，吃三斤百花酒。上床睡下，两个丫头轮流着捶腿，捶到四更鼓尽才歇，这样烧钱的逍遥日子一过就是七八年。
　　有人可能会奇怪：这七八年里怎么一直就没再嫁人呢？并非她不想嫁，而是满足她择偶标准的男人比大熊猫还稀罕：又要是个官，又要有钱，又要人物齐整，又要上无公婆，下无小叔、姑子。退一万步说，就算真有这么个男子，人家就一定能相中她吗？
　　她人生的急转直下就从她遇到沈大脚这个媒婆开始。沈媒婆为了赚谢媒钱，睁眼说瞎话，硬是把管戏班子的班头说成是个力拔山兮的武举人，把上有养母说成是孤儿一个，把小康之家说成土豪之家。这么说吧，除了年龄和住址没扯淡外，其他都是扯淡。她一个嫁过两回的人了，都不知道另派人去查查，就这么轻信了初次上门的媒婆的话，这是典型的光长岁数，不长脑子啊。
　　就这么的，她嫁给了她的第三任丈夫鲍廷玺。这鲍廷玺也是二婚了，前妻王氏难产而亡，紧接着养父鲍文卿又病逝，养母鲍老太太一心只疼爱亲女，不待见养子，再加上女婿挑拨，终促成此桩婚姻。
　　王太太很快就得知了丈夫的职业，并因此而怒气攻心，大叫一声，望后便倒，牙关咬紧，不省人事。，被丫鬟灌醒过来后又大哭大喊，满地乱滚，滚散头发；一会又要扒到床顶上去，大声哭着，唱起曲子来。原来气成了一个失心疯。
　　这还没完，正闹着呢，沈媒婆又来凑热闹了，这人也是个缺货，明知王太太是个厉害的主，也敢在太岁头上动土，撒下弥天大谎后还不知脚底抹油溜掉，还狗儿屁颠地跑上门去，结果才走进房就被王太太揪到马桶跟前。说时迟那时快，王太太迅速揭开马桶，伸手抓了二把尿屎，抹了沈媒婆一脸一嘴。王太太也因屎尿二战扬名。
