儒林外史金东崖人物形象金东崖和他的子孙

　　金东崖是《儒林外史》中的一个在衙门中抄抄写写混饭吃的书办，此人生性贪婪，虽然不是什么官，却谙熟吏道，纳贿贪污的劣迹甚多，荀玫谋官时，曾请他这个吏部掌案帮忙。后来，荀出任两淮盐运司，他特到扬州来望，敲了荀玫几百两银子竹杠。学道衙门的差役李四就揭过他的老底，说有个金东崖，在部里做了几年衙门，挣起几个钱来。
　　只是纳贿贪污倒也罢了，不料，此公志不止此，意欲弄个名利双收，竟然涉足高端学朮领域，《儒林外史》第34回这样写道：次日，杜少卿才起来，坐在河房里，邻居金东崖拿了一本自已做的《四书讲章》来请教，摆在河房桌子上看。看了十几条，落后，金东崖指着一条问道：先生，你说这羊枣是什么？羊枣，即羊肾也。俗话说‘只顾羊卵子，不顾羊性命’，所以曾子不吃（原文：《孟子。尽心下》，曾哲嗜羊枣，而曾子不忍食羊枣。公孙丑问曰：脍炙与羊枣孰美？孟子曰：脍炙哉！公孙丑曰：然则曾子何为食脍炙而不食羊枣？曰：脍炙所同也，羊枣所独也。讳名不讳姓，姓所同也，名所独也。）。
　　对这种令人喷饭的荒唐谬论，杜少卿随笑道：古人解经也有穿凿的，先生这话就太不伦了！
　　金东崖这个人物，吴敬梓在他身上着墨不多，而一个灵魂鄙陋、厚颜无耻还要以风雅自我包装的小吏形象，却刻画得血肉丰满，呼之欲出。尤其是作者对金东崖望文生义地做学问那种不露声色的辛辣嘲讽，令人拍案叫绝！
　　时光流逝，转眼过了一二百年，金东崖以他强大的繁殖力，繁衍出一个个银东崖、铜东涯谬种流传，香火兴旺。
　　所不同的是，金东崖的子孙已经不戴方巾，直裰布鞋也換作了西装革履；坐骑也由毛驴換着了奔驰奥迪；子孙们的社会地位、生活质量远非乃祖可比！
　　君不见某几位高校內混成七品六品的金东崖嫡系子孙，厌倦了日日官样文章、夜夜宴饮笙歌，转而著书立说，撰文论史，反正书号有人买单，出版有人跑腿，稿费毫不在意又不靠它养家活口，哪管它文法顺与不顺，內容空与不空，有人读与不读，反正没让孔子生在大淸、张飞大战樊哙。只要弄它个研讨会上，专家好评如潮，下属争相索签，当地媒体歌功颂徳足也这些金东崖的孑孙，帮人点招谋财、掏空三本学生家长腰包之余，俨然学者起来！
　　君不见那沐猴而冠的总经理、巧取豪夺的董事长，强拆了平民老宅，饕餮了房奴血汗，身上需要包装、头上需要光环；于是雇枪手、赂编辑，施赞助，作品火爆出炉，于是乎乌鸦变凤凰，山魈化菩萨，无赖成文人，与清高的教授推杯換盏；同著名的作家合影留念。名片金光灿灿画院顾问、诗协理事赫然炫目，更兼海外留学的儿女颜面光彩谁说俺老爸不是儒商，有书为证。
　　更有那无耻贪官、流氓污吏，一朝东窗事发，囹圄之内，分外勤政：写情场猎艳书；撰小三包养史，避重就轻、咀嚼旧事，既不会增加刑期，又可迎合食痂之徒的低级趣味，还可扬名立万因为卖点多多，唯利是图的书商趋之若鹜。如此双赢，何乐而不为？
　　金东崖倘若泉下有知，定然笑得头巾乱颤。因为他的子孙长江后浪推前浪无论是对权力寻租的践行还是望文生义的考据，早己是老子偷猪儿偷牛，一代强过一代了。
　　在组织人事部门做了几年衙门的金东崖，究其弄权弄钱的本事，其实远不如他那些嫡传孑孙。从一个差役挣起几个钱来那种带几分不屑的语气中，可见挣的钱也不太多。你看他帮人谋了个地厅级垄断国企老总，也就是事成之后，打打秋风，还要不远千里，才让人家送上几百两银子。搞搞儒学研究，也就是图个虚名，又不能弄个研究员职称什么的，还要被人当面指责太不伦了！
　　而金东崖的子孙如果在核心部门做过几年衙门，不弄他个正处，也要弄个985工程大学、甚至什么美国西太平洋大学的在职博士顶孑戴戴。至于帮人谋了日进斗金的肥缺，区区几百两银子，何足道哉？一顿饭钱而己！再不济，也有三五万两银子进帐。兴致来了，弄弄学朮，出上几本穿凿附会的专著，搞他两次国学别解的论坛，那还不是小菜一碟？至于羊枣是否羊卵子，自有人跟进论证（孟子的诠释难道就一定正确？羊枣的形状多像羊卵子！），然后，弄个研究员之类的桂冠，升官路更为广阔。
　　当代的金东崖、银东崖、铜东崖们，不知道浪废了多少纸张、生产了多少文化垃圾！网上曾流行这样一条短信：这年头，教授摇舌鼓唇，四处赚钱，越来越像商人；商人现身讲坛，著书立说，越来越像教授。文化领域的这种逆向淘汰效应，制造出许多不学无术的专家；欺世盗名的学者；鸡鸣狗盗的儒商，蝇营狗苟的文人，令那些真正的文化人哀而且痛，却徒叹奈何！唯有金东崖窃喜于子孙繁衍，羊卵子事业后继有人。
