　　2014年的末日传言，已经在2014年的第一场大雪中不攻自破了。在曾认为终结一切的一年里，无论是生活还是工作到处都有丰收的景象。
　　一履行工作岗位职责
　　在教师培训学校学习了英语教学新课标，在教学开始之际，就认真的制定了计划，并按照计划完成了教学任务。
　　这次新来的外教老师，依旧很友爱，在平时的聊天中，不但提高了自身的口语水平，而且还可以多了解外国当地的风俗与礼仪。
　　本学习又展开了英语技能大赛。综合各个年级学生的特点，把歌曲，诗朗诵，英语故事等比赛项目，纷纷向学校以及同学们进行展示。参与比赛的同学们也都准备的很充分，积极性很高。二教学方面

　　本学期的英语兴趣课也花了不少心思，周二的补差除了课本基础知识外，容入了英语歌曲，英语故事的穿插。花样性增加了，学生们的学习兴趣也有所提高，让他们心里有念想，

　　学校定期组织理论知识学习，并及时记录学习笔记。从多种途径扩大视野，坚持把思想政治教育贯穿于教学活动之中。时时做到教书育人，言传身教，注意自身师表形象的同时也重视对学生的全面培养。在工作中，我积极，主动，勤恳，责任性较强。在不断的学习中，努力使自己的思想觉悟、理论水平、业务能力都得到较快的提高。
