　　胡青牛为什么没医治好张无忌是有很深的渊源的。由于鲜于通的缘故，胡青牛曾经发过毒誓，坚决不医治明教以外的人。此时的张无忌并不是明教的教主，只是殷素素的儿子，也就是白眉鹰王的外孙。这样的一层关系？也足以使胡青牛为张无忌治病。可惜，张无忌并不只是这一个单纯的身份。他同样也是武当派张翠山的儿子。
