中新网评黑历史再添一笔，黑客帝国何时收手？

　　中新网北京9月8日电（蒋鲤）9月5日，中国国家计算机病毒应急处理中心和360公司分别发布了关于西北工业大学遭受境外网络攻击的调查报告，报告指出，网络攻击源头系美国国家安全局。这个自诩为网络安全卫士的黑客帝国，又多了一笔抹不掉的黑历史。

　　调查报告披露，美方先后使用41种专用网络攻击武器装备，对西北工业大学发起攻击窃密行动上千次，窃取了一批核心技术数据。
　　此次暴露的网络攻击，只是美国针对中国网络攻击的冰山一角。报告还指出，美方长期对中国的手机用户进行无差别语音监听，非法窃取手机用户的短信内容，并对其进行无线定位。
　　作为棱镜门和网络攻击的主要实施国，多年来，美国在谈到网络安全问题时，一直都以网络安全卫士自居，但遭遇美国的网络窃听的受害者已经遍布全球，甚至包括美国自己的盟友。
　　2021年，欧洲媒体曝光美国监听欧洲多国领导人和高级官员。法国总统马克龙和德国时任总理默克尔当时要求美国就此做出解释。但是，面对铺天盖地的指责，美国的回应既无诚意，也没有拿出实际行动。
　　今年三月，360公司发布了一份网络安全报告，披露美国国家安全局曾在30天内远程窃取了970亿条全球互联网数据和1240亿条电话数据，可见这个黑客帝国的黑手肆无忌惮，令世界震惊。
　　为了掩盖自己的恶意网络攻击行为，美国还常常倒打一耙，以威胁国家安全为借口，对他国进行恶意打压，被质疑时，却拿不出任何证据，这种贼喊捉贼式的指责是美国对他国进行网络攻击的新手段。
　　如今，美国的网络攻击丑闻再次被曝光，台上自诩网络安全卫士，台下却大行网络恐怖主义，在网络安全领域操纵指挥盟友、制造小团体，屡屡对其他国家抹黑攻击，充分暴露了其双标性和虚伪性。
　　美国的黑客帝国行径毫无下线，扰乱全球网络秩序，严重损害他国国家安全和公民个人信息安全，是名副其实的全球公害。维护网络安全是国际社会的共同责任，任何国家都不应践踏底线，各国应提高警惕，携手抵制美国网络霸权，维护全球网络安全。
