　　陈近南的原型是谁揭秘
　　提到陈近南，相信大家肯定都知道，他是金庸小说《鹿鼎记》中的人物天地会的总舵主。是韦小宝在天地会所拜的师父。韦小宝的这位师父陈近南不光拥有一身绝世武功，而且还有一颗仁慈之心，侠义之肠，虽然在《鹿鼎记》中出场不多，但他的英雄气概却令人为之叹服。
　　看过周星驰电影《鹿鼎记》的朋友们，不知道大家还记不记得影片中韦小宝常挂在嘴边的一句话：平生不见陈近南，便称英雄也枉然！如此对陈近南高度的赞誉，在金庸小说群侠中是难得一见的。那么历史上到底有没有其人呢？笔者查阅史料得知：历史上确有陈近南其人。
　　陈近南，（？1680年），本名陈永华。他是台湾郑氏王室的军师，台湾教育的倡导者，字复甫，福建龙海角美人。其父陈鼎，明天启七年（1627年）中举人；1644年中进士。甲申之变后回乡躬耕，永历二年（1648年），郑成功攻克同安，授陈鼎为教谕。后来，清军攻陷同安，陈鼎自缢。当时陈永华才十五六岁，清军入城后，陈永华出逃。
　　当时郑成功占据厦门，图谋恢复明朝江山，于是广揽天下士子。兵部侍郎王忠孝推荐陈永华，郑成功与他谈论时事，后并且高兴地说：复甫，你是当今的卧龙先生。后授予参军，并以宾礼相待。但据考证，陈永华此人平时不善言谈，只有在部分政见等政治方面的谈论才能发挥。
　　后来陈永华在建设台湾时，采取以足民食为起点的办法。他亲往各地，教军屯田，储备粮食；教民煮糖晒盐，以利民生；教匠烧砖，改善民居。同时划定行政区域，励行里甲互保，使民众安居乐业。衣食俱足后，又兴建台湾首座孔庙，奖励教化。同时规划一套完整的教育制度来培育、拔擢人才。
　　郑成功以台湾数十万军民为根本，在陈永华一干人等的策划下，郑成功在台湾开始和日本、暹罗、安南各地通商；开通闽、浙、粤等地的通商渠道。这也更好地为自己提供了良好的经济来源。
　　永历十二年（1658年），郑成功与诸将讨论北征之事，很多人都认为不行，只有陈永华力排众议，认为可行。郑成功很高兴，于是派他留守厦门，并辅佐世子郑经。郑成功对郑经说：陈先生是当今名士，我留下他辅佐你，你应当以老师之礼待他。
　　1662年，郑成功攻克台湾，授予陈永华咨议参军。同年5月，郑成功病死台湾，其子郑经继位。郑经很是倚重他，军国大事必询问他。永历十八年（1664年），金门、厦门失陷，陈永华随郑经回到台湾。第二年，晋升勇卫，并加监军御史之职。
　　回到台湾后的陈永华首先做的就是亲自考察台湾南北各社，弄清开垦情况，回来后颁布屯田制度，进行屯田垦殖。土地刚开垦时就一年三熟，不仅戍守之兵，而且当地居民都可以丰衣足食。在农闲时候又进行军事操练，所以人人都有勇知方，先公而后私。
　　1665年，陈永华向郑经提出建圣庙，立学校的建议。但郑经认为：荒服新创，不但地方局促，而且人民稀少，姑暂待之将来。陈永华引经据典，力陈教育之重要。他认为，台湾沃野千里，远滨海外，民风纯朴，若能举贤才以助理，经过一段时间教养生息，便能赶上中原地区。应当择地建立圣庙，设学校以收人才，庶国有贤士，邦本自固，而世运日昌矣。郑经被说服，同意设立学校，发展台湾文教事业，并授命陈永华负责有关事宜。
　　陈永华创建一套自上而下较为完整的教育体系。全台设立国子监，为最高学府，各府、州、县设立府学、州学、县学。推行大陆的科举制度。规定台湾儿童必须八岁入小学，课以经史文章。三年两试，照科、岁例开试儒童。州试有名送府，府试有名送院，院试取中，准充入太学，仍按月月课。三年取中试者，补六官内都事，擢用升转。于是，台湾人民自是始奋学。教育和科举制度的施行，促进了中华传统文化在台湾的传播。
　　其次，陈永华在自己的府邸承天府宁南坊择地建造圣庙学院。1666年春正月，圣庙建成，旁建明伦堂。三月，又建学院，陈永华亲任主持，聘请礼官叶亨为国子助教。学校初建，急需大量的教育人才。陈永华一方面通过各种途径延聘大陆知识分子渡台，以教秀士。另一方面，当时迁居台湾的明代遗臣多属鸿博之士，鼓励他们发挥余热，协助传播中原文化。
　　1674年，陈永华任东宁总制使。这时三藩叛乱，受耿精忠约，郑经率师伐清。郑经子郑克臧监国，陈永华于是协助女婿郑克臧总管台湾政务，遂遭冯锡范、刘国轩嫉恨排挤。1680年3月，陈永华自请解除兵权，因忧悒成疾，当年在台湾病逝。郑经亲临吊丧，谥文正。
　　陈永华死后，葬在今台南县柳营乡，后来清朝把他的骸骨迁葬回福建泉州，现存的仅是空冢。此外，民众为感念他的德泽，还设庙祭拜，就是今日台湾台南市中西区府前路上的永华宫；永华路同样也是为了纪念他而命名的。
